My endocrinologist, my primary care, and my rheumatologist are all impressed that working with you is the only thing I’ve changed in my routine
and my blood sugar is back in normal ranges, my cholesterol is better than it has been in years, and my pain and inflammation are better under control. Oh, and when I went to the primary care yesterday, I had lost 16 lbs fully clothed. (!!!!!)

In a nutshell..weight is down 25 lbs.,my blood sugar is lower than its ever been since I became diabetic, triglycerides and cholesterol lowest it’s ever been, blood pressure perfect. I can’t believe I am in control of what I eat!
I’ve wanted to try eating clean, but I didn’t know where to begin and I thought it would be too difficult. I’m NOT hungry all the time! I don’t have those awful cravings. I lost 8 lbs. I feel mentally sharp – not foggy esp. in the afternoon. My memory has improved. My skin looks great (used to be blotchy) and I have more energy. My biggest surprise is that I don’t feel bloated, AND….I did it!

I had my annual physical yesterday with Dr. Shulman. I am 14 pounds lighter than I was last year at this same time!!!! He asked me how I was able to lose the weight. I told him because of you! They have their own nutritionist, otherwise I would have given him your card.

Linda had a lot of patience with me, going through the grocery store, showing me how to read labels for my personal health plan. All my life I drank soda (non-diet) and Linda measured out the sugars in one soda can, this visual did a lot for me, and it put my sugar intake into perspective. Needless to say, it has been three months and not only have I not had soda, I don’t crave it at all.

Thank you, Linda and Citron Nutrition! It has been over a year since I did the Citron Nutrition 21-Day Clean Eating Program and I thought I’d check In. Full disclosure…Linda is my sister-in-law and I’m a health coach but Clean21 literally changed my life! I thought, as a health coach and fitness advocate, that my diet was pretty good. Little did I realize just how much hidden sugar I was eating. Throughout the 21-Day Clean Eating Program, I not only started eating even more fruits and vegetables than I was, but I cut out caffeine and all that hidden, extra sugar! I followed the Program to a “T” just to see what would happen. It was amazing! And, it’s completely changed the way I eat!
I didn’t do the Program to lose weight, but I lost 7 pounds and have kept it off! I feel SO much better, sleep better and have more energy throughout the day. No more mid-afternoon slump. And my “system” likes this way of eating, too ☺️
I’m an avid cyclist, cycling 150-200 miles per week. It took a while to find just what foods/bars could replace my beloved Cliff bars but I got that figured out, too. I no longer fuel my body on caffeine and sugar! Yay!
I can’t say that I never stray from clean eating, but I know what to do when I get off track or when my sweet tooth gets out of hand. Sugar addiction is a tough one to break but now, I don’t get anxious about not getting “a fix”. Because everything else is In balance 95% of the time, it’s no big deal to say “no” to the sweet stuff.
If you’re on the fence about doing this program, get off it and do it! You won’t be sorry and Linda supports you every step of the way!

My reasons for hiring Linda were two-fold initially. I wanted to lose weight and have a better understanding of how to eat healthier. What I’ve learned is so much more! Linda has taught me how to read labels and understand what is important and why. I used to think calories and fat grams were all that mattered. I now understand the importance of sugars and carbs. I also now realize how unhealthy processed foods are. She has encouraged me to try new and healthier foods & I am enjoying cooking! I no longer crave many of the foods I used to because I’ve eliminated them from my diet. Linda has been very encouraging and supportive throughout the four months I’ve worked with her.
